Tenant Domain

The Tenant Domain feature empowers you to add and oversee subdomains of Mail4QA.com as well as your personalized domains.

Here's how you can set up a subdomain of mail4qa.com or a Tenant domain:

  • Choose the Tenant Domain option from the left navigation panel to display this screen

Domains

  • To include a subdomain or Tenant domain, select the Add Domain button on the above screen, leading to the following pop-up

  • Input the Tenant domain or subdomain in the Private Domain text box. Choose one of the provided options—either a mail4qa subdomain or your own domain. Click the Add button.

For a mail4qa.com subdomain, simply enter the subdomain and For a custom domain, input the complete domain name, like sample.com.

The added domain will be displayed in the domains list as depicted here

Initially, you must verify the added domain and then activate it. To verify the added domain/subdomain, click the red disable icon under the Is Verified column, leading to this pop-up

Subdomain:

Click the Request button to confirm the RX record. No additional record updates are necessary in this case. The subdomain will be marked as Verified.

Custom Domain:

Ensure you follow the steps to change MX Records for your domain. Once done, click the Request button. The domain will be verified if the MX Record is detected. If not, an error message will be displayed.

After your domain is successfully verified, click the red disable icon under the Is Active column to activate it.

In addition, subdomains/custom domains can be removed by clicking the Delete button adjacent to the respective row.
